When ordering by VISA or MasterCard, give card number and expiration date, a billing address, a shipping address and a telephone number. Appropriate shipping charges will be added for each order in continental U.S. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of purchase via UPS Ground. Return & Refund Policy
KodokanGear stands behind its product and will replace any of its products related to defects in manufacturing. Please contact KodokanGear before returning any defective merchandise. Please review the content of your order as soon as you received it and notify KodokanGear of any mistakes. KodokanGear can not accept returns on any clothings including t-shirts, sweat-shirts, and judo uniforms if the above said items have been worn and washed. Full shipping charges will be charged on return of any products including uniforms purchased with free or discounted shipping. There are no return on any Clearance, Blow out or Close out items. KodokanGear will not be able to calculate or be responsible for custom duties and import taxes on international orders. All returns must be made within 10 days after delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply to return items. You must contact Kodokan Gear for a return authorization before returning any merchandise. Merchandise without a return authorization will not be accepted.
A 20% Restocking fee and Shipping charges may apply on return items. There are no return on Clearance or close out items. There are no return on special order items such as Team Warmup suits. There are no return or refund once you have worn wash, soiled or use any item. Please contact us before returning any merchandise.

At KodokanGear we take the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. KodokanGear does not sell or trade your information. We will provide your information to a third party only to the extent required to complete the transaction you requested. We will only use your information for our own marketing if so requested by you.
NOTE: We do not ship 2nd Day or 3 Days UPS in California. Shipping within California usually takes 3 days. Some products ships from my East Coast warehouse and may take 5 days or more. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours and shipped. Orders placed after 11 AM normally ships the next business day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and weekend will be processed the next business day, which is normally Monday unless Monday is a holiday. UPS or USPS do not pick up on weekends or holidays. Our warehouse are closed on weekends and holidays.

Q: I live in another country how much is shipping?
A: Shipping is weight dependent. For example if you live in the UK or Australia for one size 4 or 5 double weave Judo uniform your shipping charges is normally around $65.00 to $85.00 USD via USPS international express
Q: Do you ship anywhere internationally?
A: I ship to over 58 countries, if you don't see your country listed in my shopping cart please contact us via e-mail vin@kodokangear or call 650-489-0687 Note: I will not ship to certain countries because of massive credit cards thefts.
Q: I am having trouble placing my order. The shopping cart ask for "State" in my address, there is no "State" in my country.
A: You can enter County, Territory, or Province in that field.
Q: What kind of shipping method do you use?
A: We ship via USPS United States Postal Service International Express.
Q: Can you ship via FedEX or UPS International Express?
A: Yes, but the cost is three times higher and there may be delays at the custom in your country. You may also face a higher import tax. In some instances with larger orders of 5 or more double weave uniforms we maybe able to ship via USPS Priority Mail; which may take a longer delivery time, and saving is minimal with no tracking service or insurance.
Q: How long does it takes for me to receive my order.
A: I takes 7 to 10 business days for international orders to be delivered. But please be advised that we go to the post office no more than two times a week. From the time you have placed your order to the time you will receive your order vaires from 7 to 15 days, providing we have the item or items you ordered in stock.

Q: It has been a while since I placed my order, where is it?
A: Generally a tracking number is issued when an order goes out, please check your e-mail to see if you have received a shipping dispatch from either UPS, FedEX or USPS .
Q: I live in the U.S. how long does it takes for me to receive my order?
A: FedEX Ground and UPS Ground is generally the best way to ship. These two methods provides a tracking number and takes between 3 to 8 days in the 48 continguous States depending on where you are.
Q: If I live in Alaska or Hawaii what is the best way having an order delivery to me?
A: Alaska and Hawaii residents should select USPS Priority mail as the quickest and most economical delivery method. Note: We go to the Post Office no more than twice a week.
Q: What is the best way for shipping books or DVD videos .
A: For one or two books domestic shipping select USPS Priority Mail. For 5 or more books please select UPS Ground. For DVDs the best way is to select USPS Priority Mail. Please be advise that USPS does not guarantee that Priority Mail will actually deliver in 3 days.
Q: I need my uniform in less than 5 days can I use USPS Priority Mail?
A: No, USPS does not guarantee delivery in 3 days. If you need your order to be expedited. Please call 650-489-0687.
Q: I selected UPS and the package arrives via FedEX, what is going on?
A: Depending on the warehouse the order was sent, we may select to use one or the other services.
